Who holds your details

DataRevu is a brand of Clip Group, Inc., 1710 Keller Parkway, Suite #9310, Keller, TX 76248, United States, which receives and stores the requests sent from this website. Contact us at hello@datarevu.com.

What we collect

When you ask for a free report we keep what you type: your name and your role at the business, your email address, a phone number if you give one, the business's name, type, country and city or area, a Google Maps or website link if you give one, and any message. We also keep the time you sent it and, if you arrived from one of our adverts, the advert's tags in the page's link. If our team contacts you, we may note what you tell us then.

What we use it for

To prepare the report you asked for, send it to you, and contact you about it, with the consent you give on the form. The report itself is built from information about the business that is already public, such as its Google profile, its reviews and nearby competitors, not from your personal data. We do not use your details for other marketing unless you agree to that separately.

Who sees it

The DataRevu team, and the providers that run our systems and process it only on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database) and Brevo (email). We do not sell your details or give what you type to advertisers. These providers' systems may be outside your country; we take care that your details are protected to a standard comparable to the law where you live.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and carries no advertising pixel or analytics script. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them when the page opens.

How long we keep it

No more than 12 months from our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can withdraw your consent, or ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, at any time, by email to hello@datarevu.com. In the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in Thailand, to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
